Impress your guests with our original Honey Kiss Cocktail. The fresh mint, cucumber and citrus marry perfectly while the Hudson & Lee honey simple syrup adds a subtly sweet finish. Spend more time with your guests by making this Honey Garlic Salmon that involves no more than 5-7 minutes of prep time. It’s also perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner! Make a pot of rice or starch of your choice, and you have a complete summer meal ready in no time.

Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Hudson & Lee honey simple syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
 
Directions:
Whisk together garlic, lemon juice and zest, oil, mustard, honey simple syrup, salt and pepper. In ziplock baggie or bowl, cover the salmon with dressing and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place asparagus on parchment or foiled lined baking pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss asparagus, push towards the sides of the pan and nestle salmon in the middle. Drizzle everything with remaining marinade and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Honey Kiss Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice (or other citrus of choice)
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp chopped and seeded cucumber
  • 5-7 mint leaves
  • 1 oz Hudson & Lee honey simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • 1 oz gin or vodka, optional
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together cucumber, mint, Hudson & Lee honey simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice, grapefruit juice and spirit (if using). Shake, and pour through strainer into glass with ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish with lime, cucumber, and/or mint.
