This month we’re celebrating HONEY & SPICE.
Honey is one of those things that is perfect on it’s own, although it pairs up with other flavors really well. This month we wanted to explore the spicy side of honey, and not just spicy heat.
Have you tried any of these pairings? Let us know in the comments if you have a favorite pair, or a favorite dish to use spices and honey. Ours? Well, we used the cinnamon honey all over our sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving. It also adds a lovely flavor to apple cider or mulled wine. Yum!
